ABOUT PROGRAM

Program created by Amar Musić multiple Croatian weightlifting champion and Damir Laštre strength and conditioning coach.

Amar competed in the 85 kg category and representing Croatia at international competitions. He participated in the men's 85 kg event at the 2015 World Weightlifting Championships, and at the 2016 Summer Olympics, finishing in fifteenth position.

Amar has trained for over 10 years with Bulgarian national team under the banner of the famous Nikolai Peshalov world and Olympic weightlifting champion in 63 kg categorty.

WHO IT’S FOR

If you are an Olympic lifter looking for a solid strength building program to improve your weightlifting Total, or a CrossFitter wanting to spend some time as an Olympic Lifter and build your total, our 3 DAY WEIGHTLIFTING.

Program is designed to help athletes become stronger, more efficient lifters.

You will improve your weightlifting technique and become more efficient - leading to new PRs! The sessions can be added as a supplement to your current training program, or used as a stand-alone program.

PROGRAM DETAILS

This is a 3 day-per-week program. The best timing for the training sessions is going to be a Monday, Wednesday, Friday type split. You’ll need the days off to recover from the intensity and volume of the training days.

The basic daily plan is to squat (Front or Back), complete some variation of classic lifting, an assistive movement based on strength.

Each session during the week will feature some variation on a classical clean and jerk or snatch. Final day of every week will feature both lifts at a higher intensity.
