BUILD STRENGTH, STABILITY, POWER AND CONDITIONING
Our ADVANCED ATHLETE PROGRAM was created to build your strength and athleticism by moving in different patterns than your typical fitness program.
The methodologies used in this program have been tested for more than 5 years in our gym in Split and other functional training center in Croatia and region.
If you are Serious About Your Training and want to take your training to the next level, this program is ideal for you.
This program is for Those who already have some previous experience with weightlifting, kettlebells, dumbbells, , and barbells.
Every training you will do Foam Rolling, Stretching, Mobility drills, Corrective exercise.. After warm up we do 2 to 3 sets of Power Work. Power Work consists of Medicine Ball Throwing and Jumping or Bounding variations.

You will sprint, jump, throw medball, clean, squat, bench, push heavy sled and doing intervals on assault bike…. Body weight exercises such as chinups, pushups, and ring rows can be progressed by adding weight belts, chains, plates, etc.
Whit this program You don’t need fancy equipment and machines to achieve the body of your dreams and take you performance to the next level. Your weekly program will include 4-days of 90-minute training sessions, and one active recovery session.
