Our 12 week BASIC FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM is a system for developing a foundation of movement, strength and conditioning. Our goal is to change lives and help people become stronger versions of themselves.
We use six foundational movement patterns:
> Squat
> Hip Hinge
> Lunge
> Push
> Pull
> Loaded Carry
Our program will help you get stronger, feel healthier, and give you more energy throughout the day. This program will also help you prevent injuries, which is so important for staying on a fitness program. This program focuses on general strength for activities of daily living including correct posture, core stability, mobility and of course injury prevention.
We will be loading, progressing and challenging these movement patterns in combination with other training techniques to provide the ultimate form and function of your body.
No matter what gender you are, whether you are beginner who just starting out on their fitness journey and wants to learn the basics of lifting or athletic, there are basic steps and stages that everyone must go through. So we created a program for those who are limited with time and don't have access to any typical gym equipment.
With our program through our video you will learn how to properly perform movement, how to activate certain muscles through the bodyweight or with different equipment like bands, weights, dumbbells, medballs…
Every training you will do Foam Rolling, Stretching, Mobility drills, Corrective exercise.. After warm up we do 2 to 3 sets of Power Work. Power Work consists of Medicine Ball Throwing and Jumping or Bounding variations.
Next step in training we have a couple of different methods for lifting consisting of lower body, upper body and core exercises. Following the lift, we have included conditioning, that we recommend you complete!
