Our program focuses on the following performance aspects:
> Dynamic Warm-Up & Movement Skills
> Speed, Agility & Quickness
> Plyometrics & Power Development
> Strength Training & Conditioning
> Injury Prevention & Recovery
We help athletes at all levels reduce weaknesses, reduce the risk of injury, and build strength,power and conditioning.
This is a 12-week program that is broken up over 3 phases. , there are 4 days a week of Warm Up, Power Work, Lifting, and Conditioning.
Phase 1 is Accumulation phase. It includes more volume and less intensity
Phase 2 has a Strength emphasis
Phase 3 has a Power emphasis
